Envelope Card Inspiration

Here’s an envelope card inspiration that uses the Envelope Punch Board.

It’s perfect for a gift card, wishing well, cash or a little gift. It’s an easy fun-fold technique for the 6×6 Designer Series Paper (DSP).

I like to use an embossing folder for texture too. If you notice, I attached an embossed sheet on my card.

Here’s how to make the card:

1. Make a small envelope with a sheet of DSP by using the Envelope Punch Board. There are measurements printed on the board to guide you.
2. Emboss a Basic White card front and attach to a card base.
3. Stamp a greeting and cut with a 1-3/4 inch Circle Punch. Attach this to a coloured cardstock cut with a 2-3/8 inch Scallop Circle Punch.
4. Assemble the card by attaching the envelope on the card front. Attach the greeting below the envelope flap because this will help close it after you fill it.
5. Embellish with stamped and die-cut images as a finishing touch.
