Three-ways with 6×6 DSP is our card making technique today.
I love working with 6×6 because it’s the perfect size for card making. Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed when you’re working with a bigger sheet of DSP? With a smaller size, you’ll be most inclined to use your paper.
Here’s how I made my cards:
- Cut a 2 inch strip on one side of the 6×6 DSP. Set aside the bigger piece.
- For the bigger piece, use an oval die to cut a hole. Set aside the left-over oval.
- Attach them on 3 separate card bases and stamp a greeting using the Sky is the Limit stamp set.
- Embellish with die cut butterfly, heart and flowers. Add sequins or gems for a finishing touch.
Isn’t it clever? I love one-sheet wonders like this. What do you like about DSP? I love it’s double-sided feature the most. Do you have other ways of cutting DSP to make cards? Do you have a lot of left-overs or do you use up everything?
