Today, I’ll show you how to stick labels on your ink pads.
Raise your hand if you label your ink pads. Good on you if you do this religiously when a new ink pad arrives at your doorstep because many skip this part altogether.
Perhaps it’s the excitement of breaking open a new colour or maybe you just don’t know how? Also, many don’t look at the underside of the ink pads where the sticker labels are found.
So why do we label in the first place? First, so we can see the colours when they are stacked on top of each other. Secondly, so we know which colours we’re using when several ink pads are open flat on the table. Lastly, it’s pretty and more organised to look at!
Here’s a quick video on how to stick labels on your ink pads:
Our ink pads are refillable but it will still be a while before you need to re-ink them. However, you need to remember to order the ink refill because it’s frustrating when they dry up. Moreover, some of our colours are discontinued after 2 years, specifically the In Color collection which change every 2 years.
I am a heavy stamper and so my ink pads dry up pretty quickly. Therefore, I make sure that I order the reinker when I order a new colour of ink pad. Also, so that I don’t have to worry when the colours are discontinued.
Order the 2020-2022 In Color and have them delivered to your doorstep. And, remember to stick labels on your ink pads when they arrive.
Happy paper crafting!
