There is something deeply satisfying about building a little scene on a blank piece of cardstock. Whenever I pull out the Holiday Home stamp set, I find myself smiling at how versatile it is. It is one of those builder sets that refuses to be boxed into just one season. You can dress the houses up with sparkling Christmas lights and festive wreaths, or switch gears entirely for autumn pumpkins and spooky Halloween decor depending on what you are celebrating.

If you are pottering around your craft table today, I thought it would be fun to share how this clean and simple card came together in my studio.

Creating the Scene

To keep the focus squarely on the stamped houses, I always like to start with a crisp, clean white base.

1. Lay down your sheet of A4 Naturals White cardstock. Stamp your little houses right in the middle first so your spacing stays balanced and even across the card front.
2. Once your houses have found their home on the paper, grab another scrap of white cardstock and stamp a decorative frame from the Four Frames set. Punch it out using the Decorative Label Punch to give it a neat, polished edge.
3. Stamp your greeting on a separate strip of cardstock, trim it into a sweet little banner, and layer it right over your stamped frame.
4. While the card is already striking in its simplicity, I love adding a few tiny gems or sequins just to catch the light when the card moves.
