Masks are everywhere. These days wearing a mask have become as normal as wearing a hat. This piece of covering is our line of defence when we’re out. I cover for you and you cover for me because we need to keep each other safe. It’s the sign of the times therefore today it’s fitting to show you a technique called masking.
So what is masking? Simply put, to cover an area where you don’t want any image. When you want to create a border or would like to overlap images, this is a useful technique to learn. It’s a fun way of adding interest to single-layered cards.
The following were used for this tutorial:
- Jar of Flowers stamp set
- Peaceful Moments stamp set
- Bumblebee Ink Pad
- Whisper White card stock
- Clear-mount block D
- Stampin’ Seal
I hope that you will try this technique. Experiment with the stamp sets that you already own or order the products used and have them delivered to your doorstep.
Happy paper crafting!
