My card making goal for this year is to share my love of paper crafting and to share fun techniques in card making.
One week into the new year and I’m pumped to share some ideas so you can fit card making into your life.
Choose the road less travelled – The handmade road is a less travelled one indeed. It doesn’t have to be a big and expensive project. Make a card. It’s simple, easy and can be done in a matter of minutes.
Work hard, stay humble – Card making is a fun activity and perfection is not the goal. In the beginning there will be wonky lines, colours that don’t match, smudges and other imperfections and that’s ok.
Remember to not to be too hard on yourself and just go with the flow.
The adventure begins – Your card making journey is an adventure and learning new things from classes will bring you inspiration. There’s always an opportunity to make a card – birthday. thank you, sympathy, get well or a hello.
Remember, beautiful things happen when you make and give a handmade card.
What is your card making goal this year? How will you get yourself inspired to fit card making into your busy life? Will you be getting together with friends to make it more fun?
I hope that you enjoyed this inspiration and that you’ll also give card making a go.
Check out the online store for your card making supplies. Remember to download the catalogues too for ideas.
To kickstart your card making, would you like to learn techniques in class? Let me know so we can organise one for you. Bring along your friends too so you can share the experience.
If you’re also looking for other fun projects, visit my events page and book in. There’s always something new to learn.
